About Us
We've started this online business for a clear reason which was and will stay our priority to satisfy our customers with their orders and make us the reliable source to get designer brands from the U.S. and ship them to Lebanon in a fast and cheap way.
Our Story
In a brief way, 3 years ago from today, we started this business according to 2 major things. The first one is our experience & inspiration toward the hip-hop community and the streetwear industry. The second thing was that we were acknowledged that there were a few amounts of people in Lebanon doing this particular job so as we are well connected in Lebanon, we took it as an advantage and opportunity to give it a try since we have someone living in the United States who has access to most of the fashion brands in America and have VIP memberships to get designer stuff for a steal price.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery: We ship internationally from the USA to Lebanon using Aramex Shop&Ship and typically the estimated delivery timeframe for a package to be received is 3 weeks.
Returns: We usually don't offer returns because shipping is very expensive and we don't have any previous experience in shipping things the other way around, so we try our best to satisfy our customers and help them resolve their issues by listing their products on our platform and assist to get the best price we are able to get.
Payment Info
Payment methods are wide open: We are open to taking payments in many different ways such as; Debit/Credit cards, Paypal, and Cash.
For paying Cash: we insist customers pay a deposit so we can process your order. The resting balance will be due on final destination delivery. Deposits vary depending on how valuable the item is.
